Boxing Cardio

A full body high intensity workout that will sharpen your boxing skills and shred body fat. The classes consist of a warm up, boxing on the heavy bag, and a strength and conditioning workout to build muscle and improve your cardiovascular fitness/endurance.

Boxing Strength

A full body high intensity workout that will sharpen your boxing skills and build muscle mass. The classes consist of a warm up, boxing on the heavy bag, and a resistance training strength workout to build muscle and burn calories hours after the workout into your day.


Private Foundations

During your free private one-on-one consultation, you and your coach will discuss how many private foundations classes you will need before entering regular classes.

4 Week Challenge

This is our introductory program to help jump start your boxing and fitness journey. You get four weeks of intense workouts,instruction in boxing basics, nutrition and lifestyle coaching all designed to get you to drop body fat and increase lean body mass. 

Coach for Life Transformation Program

At The BoxingRX everyone gets their own private coach, with each client being trained according to their abilities, goals and limitations. The Coach for Life program produces superior results in regular classes. This program provides one private training session every week and unlimited group classes to help guarantee that you make progress towards your goals.
